The Los Angeles Times has named performance marketing automation company Phonexa as one of the “Top Rated Companies to Work For” in Southern California, the media publication announced.
The exhaustive evaluation was conducted by the LA Times’ third-party partner, Data Joe, who meticulously assessed over 600 companies and ultimately selected just the top 75 enterprises to be included in the exclusive list.
The list will be featured in the third annual Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility (DEIA) magazine printed by L.A. Times B2B Publishing on November 26, 2023.
“This significant recognition underscores Phonexa’s unwavering commitment to nurturing a thriving workplace culture that prioritises inclusivity and champions the sense of purpose and value that every employee brings to work every day,” said Lilit Davtyan, Phonexa Chief Executive Officer. “With a far-reaching presence spanning the globe, Phonexa boasts an extensive workforce of over 200 dedicated professionals. Our employees are the backbone of Phonexa, and I take great pride in working alongside a team of talented professionals.”
The accolade from the Los Angeles Times adds to an already impressive collection of honours earned by Phonexa. In 2022, Phonexa was certified as a Great Place to Work® in the United Kingdom, marking the third consecutive year the company was recognised with such a designation. Phonexa was also honoured with the “Best Culture” award during Glendale Tech Week 2021.
Phonexa further planted its roots in Southern California earlier this year with its new brand sign overlooking downtown Los Angeles and by taking over the top three floors of the 16-storey building located at 505 North Brand Boulevard. The company had long planned the expansion and growth, and the move helped solidify Glendale’s role as a tech industry hub.
Phonexa has embarked on a significant journey towards fostering a workplace that embraces diversity and inclusivity. Phonexa’s award-winning executive staff is also diverse – from its 14-person global C-level, 12 of Phonexa’s executives are women or from ethnic minorities.
Founded in 2016, Phonexa set its roots in Glendale, California, while its United Kingdom branch took shape just a year later by launching in Bournemouth. Phonexa also has headquarters in Kyiv and Dnipro in Ukraine, as well as Canada.
