  • Product Marketing Manager


    Phonexa is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This position is a critical role that operates at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, brand, demand generation, and customer success, and reports directly to the VP of Marketing. As a Product Marketing Manager at Phonexa, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of marketing for our products, and you will work closely with product, marketing, and sales leadership to champion new business and customer expansion pipeline through the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns related to our product roadmap while serving as a key conduit between the product team and revenue teams.


    • Conduct user research, gather customer and sales feedback, analyze market data, and perform competitive analysis to identify customer needs and business opportunities
    • Develop and deliver engaging product-centric and sales content to help drive greater brand awareness and lead generation
    • Craft crisp, compelling positioning, messaging, and collateral that articulates value propositions and product-market fit to attract customers
    • Produce various marketing materials such as product data sheets, case studies, battle cards, presentations, solution briefs, competitive analysis briefs, white papers, newsletters, blogs, and more
    • Work with product and engineering teams to prioritize releases, set live dates, and create briefing process and training for customer success, sales and marketing
    • Create product messaging and positioning documents that serve as the foundation for internal and external sales assets, marketing programs, web copy, solution briefs, webinars, presentations, and press releases
    • Build buyer and user personas and be an expert on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), how they buy, and their buying criteria
    • Be an expert on our differentiators, the competition, and where our strengths and opportunities are in the market
    • Equip sales, channel, and customer success teams with the content and data needed to be successful in their roles
    • Develop and deliver webinars for prospects and customers, and follow up content associated with them
    • Develop and deliver product, competitor, or use-case based landing pages and sales enablement materials
    • Set up new landing pages, emails, and nurture sequences in Hubspot for integrated campaigns (executing against cross-team product release plans)
    • Forecast, track, and report on the impact of marketing activities on sales pipeline, product usage, net new closed won revenue, and customer expansion


    • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally direct experience in a product marketing role for B2B marketing technology and SaaS
    • Excited to roll up your sleeves and do things yourself: writing copy, running a report, designing a workflow, building a landing page, or enhancing current digital or printed collateral
    • 2 years of experience using HubSpot
    • Ability to work autonomously in a startup environment and work cross-functionally to influence leadership, align stakeholders, and execute strategies to hit business objectives, serving as a key cross-functional partner to sales, customer success, onboarding, and product
    • Attention to detail and the ability to create concise, compelling messaging for different B2B audiences
    • Proven success developing and managing product go-to-market plans, product, and release launches
    • Detail and results-oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Full-time, onsite in Glendale, CA


  • Sales Development Representative



    • You’ll be contacting prospective clients over the phone to book appointments for the sales team
    • You’ll identify key decision makers and ensure each appointment is well qualified
    • You’ll take a proactive approach to your own day and performance
    • You’ll work towards weekly KPI’s and monthly targets; both individually and as part of the wider team
    • Delivering a consistent weekly number of appointments being driven to deliver and succeed

    As Client Success Manager, you are responsible for the success of our relationships with our clients once they have gone through the sales, and onboarding processes. You will be the point of call for any queries, setups, issues or required training for our clients. You will share your knowledge and provide advice and consultation when necessary.     • Experience required in either digital, agency or customer success management in fast paced environments.
    • Excellent client management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
    • Must be analytical, organised, and methodical with excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to ensure successful client onboarding through strategic planning and client development initiatives that incorporate KPIs belonging to the client and Phonexa.
    • Proficient knowledge of CRM and Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
    • Experience in Google Analytics, AdWords or affiliate management software a bonus.
    The Team As Client Success Manager, you will work closely with many teams; namely, Onboarding, Project Management, Sales, and Development. You will also work closely with our CEO to identify growth opportunities for our clients, and the business overall. Whilst the role requires ownership of client accounts, wider team collaboration is always at its core.
