LOS ANGELES, CA —10 February 2025—Phonexa has launched Dynamic Bidding, its latest feature designed to give businesses greater control over their lead acquisition strategies. This new feature moves beyond the one-size-fits-all lead bidding approach by enabling a customisable, dynamic strategy that adjusts bids by a set percentage based on the qualities and characteristics of qualified leads.

With Dynamic Bidding, businesses can optimise their marketing spend and maximise ROI by ensuring they pay the right price for the right leads. This new feature allows users to adjust bids based on a set of customisable parameters, including lead details and time-based adjustments. In the future, bids will also be optimised for parameters such as source quality and third-party validations and verifications.

Dynamic Bidding eliminates the need for complex campaign configurations and supplementary tools. Instead, users can directly manage and modify bid settings all within the Phonexa suite, streamlining workflows and ensuring that budgets are optimised to capture the leads that matter most.

Why Dynamic Bidding?

  • Customised Lead Value: Make adjustments based on specific lead criteria and bid according to various lead parameters

In this initial release of Phonexa’s Dynamic Bidding feature, users will have the flexibility to adjust bids based on two key parameters. Each lead begins with a Base Price, and Dynamic Bidding allows modifications by a set percentage depending on strategic factors introduced this month:

  • Lead Body Fields: Adjust bids using information collected directly from leads, customised to include industry-specific fields
  • Schedule: Optimise bidding by time of day, enabling more budget allocation during peak hours and scaling back during off-peak periods

 

Future Enhancements

In upcoming releases, Phonexa’s Dynamic Bidding function will provide even greater control by allowing adjustments based on:

  • Lead Body Filters: Utilise pre-configured campaign filters to refine bids further, ensuring alignment with the ideal lead profile
  • Publisher/Source: Adjust bids according to the quality of leads from various publishers, enabling higher bids for sources that consistently deliver high-value prospects
  • Lead Count: Prioritise bids based on lead duplication status, with options such as PL (Preferred Lead) and DNPL (Do Not Prefer Lead) to refine focus
  • Third-Party Services: Leverage external data validation services, such as address or IP verification, to inform bid adjustments. Users can also take advantage of Phonexa’s built-in validation tool, iClear, for enhanced accuracy
