G2 Spring 2023 Report: Phonexa Collects Series of ‘Leader’ Accolades

Phonexa has once again secured a strong showing in G2’s Spring 2023 Report, collecting over two dozen badges, ranks, and impressive user-generated feedback.

Not only did the all-in-one suite for calls, leads, clicks, email, SMS, and accounting maintain its ability to resonate with users across diverse business models and verticals, but the company also increased product ranks with noteworthy Satisfaction and Market Presence scores.

As a result, the product received four Leader badges in the following categories, sitting at the top 25% quadrant of each product category:

  • Leader, Inbound Call Tracking
  • Leader, Small-Business Inbound Call Tracking

Phonexa was additionally named a Momentum Leader, receiving favourable results on the top tier of the Momentum Grid® in the Affiliate Marketing and Inbound Call Tracking categories.
