Product Creation Flow Upgrade

Create and configure products faster, thanks to the product creation flow upgrade. With a simplified navigation, we now offer a clearer and more intuitive way to set up your products.

Campaign Notifications: High & Low Accept Rates

Enable and configure two new alerts at a campaign level:

  • High-Accept Rate Notification: Prevent overselling by receiving alerts when acceptance rates exceed a set threshold.
  • Low-Accept Rate Notification: Address performance issues quickly by receiving alerts when acceptance rates drop below a set threshold.

Warning Log

Pull all system warnings into one report with the newly added Warning Log. This new feature allows you to identify issues like spotting errors or misconfigurations in your integrations, so you can address them quickly.

Tracking: Google Ads Enhanced Conversions

The Google Ads “Conversions from Clicks” integration has been upgraded to Enhanced Conversions. The update delivers more precise conversion tracking so you can measure results and optimise campaigns with better accuracy.

New “Publisher Payout” Action

A new Publisher Payout action is now available in the Event Tracking Tab. You can now add the rule for publishers to only be paid for non-duplicate calls in Call Logic. This new feature ensures more fair payouts while keeping call performance statistics unchanged, even if the call doesn’t reach the buyer or gets rejected at the ping tree.

Call Logic

New “Ring All” Strategy in IVR Builder

Now available in the Find Buyer Block of the IVR Builder, the Ring All strategy routes callers by dialling all eligible buyers at once when the lead passes the IVR. The first buyer to answer and complete the Captcha is connected, while calls to other buyers end with a brief closing message.

Device Fingerprint Third-Party Service

Identify and analyse unique device characteristics to detect fraud, verify trusted users, and improve lead validation with the new iClear: Device Fingerprint.

  • Cost: $0.0005 per page impression | $0.0007 per ping
  • Setup: Add the JavaScript snippet to your lead gen forms and start analysing device data alongside submitted lead details.

Assess blocked leads with the new iClear filter in the Filter Analyser. This filter shows leads rejected by iClear at the Product, Campaign, and Advanced Rules level, allowing you to trace leads and assess publisher traffic quality.

Integration Builder

Improved Logs

Change logs are now easier to read and navigate within the Integration Builder. Only Removed (red) and  Added (green) values are shown, while unchanged objects are tucked into collapsible sections to reduce clutter. We’ve also added line and row numbers for quick reference.

QR Code Generation in Tracking Link Editor

Create and download QR codes to offer links with the new Generate QR Code option in the Lynx Tracking Link Editor, allowing affiliates to share and distribute links more easily.

New User Activity Feature

Now you can see a user’s real-time activity status, such as Online, Recently Online, Away, or Offline. Use new filters to search by activity time ranges across all user interfaces with the new Activity column.
